I can know if two people know each other if they are talking looking into the eyes, if they are relaxed, if they laugh a lot, and if their body language is very expressive. Uaualy when two just met thay tend to keep a certain distance while talking and are more reserved with their body  language because they do not know what does the other person expects from them. People is way more respectful when they are just strangers. On the other hand, people who know each other joke around, have inside jokes, and are more touchy.
