The idea of physical appearance is very complex.

Speaking for myself I do indeed think that having a good physical appearance is a good thing, but I also do not think that one should obsess about it to the point where it becomes the one thing they care about. I will personally admit that when speaking specifically to women I do like it when women look nice it shows that they care.

 I think that pretty much that anyone would agree with me.
