Many of the popular songs sung by men and women these days are very different. Think of most of the rap songs that men sing. the main topic is sex, drugs, and partying. I feel it is sad the way many of these songs try to make women look. Many of the songs that women sing are more beautiful and nice and even more relaxing. Most of the songs I have heard women sing are about love and finding real love and they are also more respectable.

Society has set a standard for male and female mainstream success. Most of the "popular songs" are indeed about such single-minded topics, but there are a wide variety of songs regarding significant topics on the underground scene.
I think it's kind of unfair to just generalize that most male artists sing about sex and drugs and things like that while female artists sing about love and whatnot. The music industry is very wide, and I believe that each artist is unique. There are PLENTY of male artists/bands who sing about more meaningful things than sex and drugs, and likewise, there are many female artists/bands who sing about other topics, not just love.
Also, were we not supposed to answer the DQ on page 46 instead of the one on page 43?
Yup. That threw me off too. Wrong DQ bud!
