In our generation it's so easy to keep in touch with people that we don't see quite as often. We can text through our phones, email, and use various social networks. I'm as predictable as the rest. If I'm missing someone I either call or text, and I'm even more likely to post something on a social network, such as Facebook or instagram, about them. I feel like keeping relationships going is easier than it should be since we have everything at our fingertips.
Here's an idea:
How challenging do you think it would be if we had none of this? I know we say, "Oh I could never live without my phone" or other technology. However, think about the amount of effort it would take to have to find other ways to communicate such as writing a letter or even having to use a phone that doesn't fit in your pocket for convenience.

It would definitely be VERY challenging if technology was not as advanced as it is. Especially for students like me who are studying far away from home, technology is the main way we are able to keep in touch with our friends and families. It would take a lot more effort to communicate without technology, and while I think it would be so troublesome and difficult to try to keep in touch with people without technology, I wish people wrote letters more. I find letters to be so much more meaningful and sentimental.
