I think in almost every conversation people feel or interpret a conversation to be stupid, bad, egotistical, smart, decent, fun or meaningless. In any conversation you have, as a speaker, people will judge you because they need to get an idea of whom and what you are. Not in every conversation will the speaker get a negative feedback or thoughts of the listeners, but I think it’s almost impossible to please everyone’s opinion or personal beliefs.
