For me a persons personality is what attracts me to them in the first place. In almost everyone of my realtionaships there is a connection that the other person has to my personality; wether it be a similar sense of humor, similar learning style, or just a mutual friend. I am one of those people that has a personality that connects to many personality sockets in people personalities. That is why I feel like I can made friends with and get along with such a wide variety of people. But for and to me personality is everything even in my more intimate relationships.

I agree with you, one of the most desirable traits in the opposite sex is usually their personality, because it influences so many of their actions and the way they are. I do now want to go to far ahead and say that this affects everything we are and do, but it definitely has a big impact on how we see the world, and react to it.
