In the minds of some people cloths material objects and physique relate to social order. For example I went to school with a guy that was from Iraq that would always come to school wearing really nice cloths like suits and cote and tie. I assumed that he might have had money. But I did not know the whole story so I talked to him about and he said that many of the people in his family liked to wear nice clothes. He was always thought that it was more presentable. so if someone is wearing something that looks different or strange it probably has to do with their coalcher.
