This is so funny. Me and my friends talk about anything. Sometimes it would be about what is going on in school, in our lives here and back home, memories, or simply talk about hilarious things that happen in our dorms and at friend's places. We would make parodies of each of us; usually we are one of the loudest tables in the caf. My bestfriend and I would talk in codes whenever there was something serious and confidential to be talked. Also we will talk more in spanish then in English because we feel more comfortable talking in our own slang otherwise it will suck out the flavor of what we are saying. The parodies would sometimes be done in the caf if they are not too loud and extemporaneous. If they are, we would wait to get to our dorms or apartments to perform it as loud and crazy as we desire. It is a matter of keeping an acceptable image to society and not get scolded by Marilyn at the caf hahahaha.  When we are talking something serious and confidential, it does not matter to me if strangers hear as much as it would if someone who knows us hears because this people can actually talk and harm us. Furthermore, drunk people do not care what they talk in  a loud bar because for one, the music is so loud that barely one can hear, and two, he is drunk... A drunk person loses notion of what is happenning. My best friend and I talk about important personal stuff on the cellphone because she is currently living in another country but we use jerigonza and other codes when we talk about something we want to keep secret.
