Language in a relationship.
I liked how the author explains it, because in many ways I find myself in those statements. I would like to add and even agree with some of his points. I believe that language is pretty much the base for a good relationship and pretty much the best way to nurture that relationship is by talking with each other. I see this in my relationship with my best friends. The best way for me to interact with them, besides doing activities together, is by talking during such times, to express our differences, what we like, what we dislike, what we find interesting, what our day was like, etc. Also, I would like to take it a further more deep into what I consider a personal relationship with God. God is not physical, yes he doesn't really talk out loud most of the time, yes, he can perceived as non-existent or non-present. But the real deal is when we spiritually connect with him, how to do this, by talking with Him. I find that spending time with him, just in prayer, it is one of the best ways in which I have been able to understand so many things. Don't get me wrong, I do have friends, and I also ask for advice to my parents, but when I go to God and spend some time with him, everything becomes clearer. I hope this make sense to you all, and hope that a relationship with God is pretty much as a relationship with your best friend, and to nurture it, you have to talk with Him!  God bless ya, guys!
